## Customer cancellation fees

Calendar days before the scheduled service date (Asia/Kolkata):

- 2 or more days before: full refund (0% fee)
- 1 day before: 10% cancellation fee
- Same day: 15% cancellation fee

If UrbanHibe cancels for operational reasons, customers receive a full refund of amounts paid (or a free reschedule).

Refunds are processed via the original online payment method and may take several business days to appear in the customer’s bank or UPI app.
